I'm a neurodivergence coach originally from Korea, now living in LA. I work with creative, multi-passionate adults who want to build fulfilling lives by working with their nervous system.
My business and life are growing very quickly, and I need an exceptional operations manager / executive assistant—someone in the top 5–10%—to help me take things to the next level.
You'll be my operational partner, making decisions on my behalf and keeping both my business and personal life running smoothly.
I'd love for us to become friends, not just employer-employee. I've experienced this with my previous assistants and it's been really fulfilling.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be acting on my behalf—calling banks, vendors, and service providers, making real-time decisions, and managing personal and business logistics independently.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced and constantly evolving role. Things move quickly without step-by-step instructions, and you'll need exceptional judgment and discretion.
If you love taking initiative, solving problems creatively, and owning projects end-to-end, this could be the perfect role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Keep in communication with vendors, service providers—handle situations independently
- Keep track of different dates & deadlines and follow through until completion
- Managing and maintaining multiple projects, tasks and systems
- Conduct in-depth research and troubleshoot issues
- Manage bookkeeping for business and personal finances

- Comfortable managing complex and multiple priorities without dropping anything (daily tasks PLUS multiple side projects—all at once)
HOURS
- 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday PST (Tuesday–Saturday PH time preferred but weekend time can be adjusted)
- Will meet, do work together, and do dody-doubling (co-working) at 4PM to 9 PM PST (7 or 8 am - 12nn or 1 am)
PAY & BENEFITS
- $1,400–$1,700/month, pay increases as you grow
- Severance pay
- 30 days off per year (flexible)
