Operations Manager | DTC eCommerce

Do you thrive on turning chaos into structure and helping fast-growing eCommerce brands scale?

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of the systems, processes, and people that keep a growing DTC eCommerce business moving.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving how teams work, and building systems that allow a business to scale.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

* Own day-to-day operations across a growing DTC eCommerce business
* Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational systems
* Coordinate remote, cross-functional teams and keep projects moving
* Identify bottlenecks and turn them into scalable solutions
* Work directly with founders and leadership on key initiatives
* Help build and onboard high-performing teams
* Track KPIs and create accountability across departments
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

We’d love to meet you if you have:

* Proven Operations experience in DTC eCommerce
* Strong understanding of how a fast-growing eCommerce brand operates
* Experience building or significantly improving SOPs
* Experience managing remote teams and coordinating multiple departments
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset

This isn’t a role where you simply maintain existing processes. You’ll have the opportunity to build better systems, solve real operational challenges, and directly influence how the business scales.
