JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT SUNSENT
SunSent is a fast-growing U.S.-based solar and roofing company. We are expanding our operations and looking for a highly organized, process-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our solar operations.

We are looking for someone structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, someone who can build systems, manage teams, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

COMPENSATION
• $350–$425/week, $1,400-$1,700/month (depending on experience)
• Paid weekly

ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Operations Manager, you will:
• Oversee day-to-day solar operations from sale to installation
• Manage workflow across sales, permitting, scheduling, and installation teams
• Build and improve operational systems and processes (SOPs)
• Track project timelines, backlog, and completion rates
• Ensure clear communication between departments
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking
• Coordinate closely with U.S.-based leadership

You will report directly to our COO.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience in operations management (solar, construction, or service-based industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of workflow management and process improvement
• Experience managing teams and holding accountability
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience using CRM and operations tools such as AccuLynx, Dialpad, and similar platforms
• Highly structured, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours (Central Standard Time)

NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in solar operations (permitting, installation, interconnection)
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams
