We're a U.S.-based real estate holdings company, and we're hiring an Operations Manager to lease up our rental properties and then run the day-to-day of our property management operation.
This role is phone-forward first. In your first phase you'll be on the phones every day with rental applicants — answering inquiries, pre-screening, scheduling, and getting our units leased. As our properties fill up, the role grows into a full operations seat: overseeing vendors and leasing, managing our support team and systems, and being the owner's right hand on whatever the business needs.
This is LONG-TERM residential leasing — not short-term or mid-term rentals. You'll work directly with U.S. leadership inside our systems (GoHighLevel CRM, TurboTenant, Google Drive) using documented SOPs.
PHASE 1 — LEASING (FILL OUR UNITS)
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and applications from prospective renters the same business day
- Pre-screen applicants against our rental criteria and schedule showings
- Follow up relentlessly until an applicant is approved and signed — no stale leads
- Keep every prospect and unit status accurate in the CRM
- Coordinate application, screening, and lease paperwork through to move-in
PHASE 2 — OPERATIONS & TEAM OVERSIGHT (AS WE LEASE UP)
- Own leasing operations and be the point person for resident and applicant questions
- Oversee vendor management — maintenance, turnovers, service providers, held to schedule
- Oversee our support team and the systems handling our
- Manage the owner's calendar, follow-ups, and open loops
- Provide day-to-day admin and operations support to the owner
REQUIRED (you will not be considered without these)
- Minimum 2 years of property management and leasing support (long-term, short-term, or mid-term rentals all qualify)
- That experience must be with a U.S.-based client
- Excellent spoken English and a confident, warm phone presence — this role lives on the phone
- Strong written English for
- Genuinely strong attention to detail and follow-through (we test this)
- Comfortable coordinating people, vendors, and systems — and holding others accountable
- Reliable daily availability on U.S. Central business hours + consistent end-of-day reporting
NICE TO HAVE (not required — we train)
- Leasing/screening software (TurboTenant, AppFolio, Buildium) or GoHighLevel
- Team lead, operations coordinator, or executive-assistant background
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 90 DAYS
Every applicant answered fast and professionally. Units leasing faster with a clean CRM. Vendors coordinated, the owner's inbox and phone handled, the team running smoothly, nothing slipping.
HOW TO APPLY
1. Put the word "Blueprint" at the top of your message so we know you read this fully.
2. Attach your resume — it must clearly show your 2+ years of property management/leasing support and the U.S. client(s) you did it for.
3. Record a short (60–90 sec) voice or video recording answering: Tell us about your property management and leasing experience with U.S. clients, and why you're a fit for a phone-forward leasing role.
4. Answer briefly in writing:
- A renter calls about a unit while you have five other applications waiting and a vendor issue to coordinate — walk us through your day.
- Your current availability in U.S. Central Time, and your phone setup (quiet space, headset, reliable internet).
Applications missing the keyword, the recording, the written answers, or the 2-year U.S. property-management requirement won't be reviewed.
