Requirements

Excellent English (written and verbal)

Strong project management skills

Experience leading remote teams

Comfortable using AI tools

Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar software

Strong organizational skills

Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Bonus

Accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or professional services experience

EOS / Traction experience

GoHighLevel or CRM experience

Must overlap at least 4 hours with U.S. Central Time
