JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a high-level Operations Manager / HR Partner in the Philippines to take full ownership of my business results. I am not looking for a Virtual Assistant who waits for instructions. I need a leader who brings solutions, manages the team, and ensures that every hire adds value to the company.

You will be the bridge between my vision and the team's execution. Your goal is to free up my time so I can focus on big-picture growth while you handle the day-to-day operations and team performance.

Your Core Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & HR: Recruit, onboard, and manage a team (including Sourcing and Communications managers). You will track their KPIs and ensure they are productive.

Operations & Supply Chain: Oversee the Alibaba sourcing process. Ensure quality control, negotiate better terms with suppliers, and manage procurement timelines.

Project Management: Drive the development of e-commerce projects, website content updates, and the creation of professional product catalogs.

Strategic Reporting: Provide weekly reports on business performance, team efficiency, and project status.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Team Lead.

Deep understanding of Alibaba sourcing and supply chain management.

Experience in E-commerce (website content management, catalog creation, digital sales flow).

Expert level in project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Trello).

Ability to make decisions independently and "manage up" (tell me what needs to be done, don't just ask).

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
