---About Us---
We’re a fast-scaling DTC Shopify brand doing multiple six figures per month, on track for 8 figures in the next 12–18 months. We sell physical products globally and are in the middle of upgrading our factory, QC, and 3PL setup while preparing new product launches.

We move fast, run lean, and need a calm, competent operator who can own our supply chain end-to-end so the founders are not firefighting factories and logistics every day.

---The Mission---
Own the flow of product from factory to customer.
Right stock, right place, right time. No stockouts on key SKUs and no cash stuck in dead inventory.

You are the single point of truth between:
- Factories / suppliers
- Freight forwarders
- Our 3PL
- Our internal team
- When something breaks in the supply chain, you take ownership to fix it and prevent it from happening again.

In Your First 90 Days, Success Looks Like:
- We have a single, reliable inventory + PO tracker that founders can trust at a glance.
- No preventable stockouts on our hero product.
- All inbound POs are tracked with clear ETAs and updated weekly.
- Our 3PL SLAs are defined and monitored (receiving times, shipping times, error rates).
- Core supply chain SOPs are documented and followed.

---What You’ll Own---
- Daily communication with factories/suppliers: production timelines, samples, QC, shipping.
- Manage our 3PL relationship: inbound shipments, receiving, fulfillment, returns.
- Inventory planning and purchasing: forecast demand, calculate reorder points, place POs on time.
- Track inventory days-on-hand and highlight low stock (risk of stockout) or overstock (cash trap).
- Coordinate international freight, customs, and deliveries to 3PL.
- Maintain a clean, real-time stock + PO dashboard.
- Define QC standards and hold suppliers accountable.
- Build and document SOPs so operations do not live in your head.
- Flag risks early: delays, quality drops, lead-time changes, single-supplier issues.

---You’re a Fit If You Have---
- 2–3+ years in e?commerce operations / supply chain / logistics (DTC physical products ideal).
- Hands-on experience managing factories or suppliers (China/Asia experience is a strong plus).
- Experience working with 3PLs and managing inbound/outbound logistics.
- Strong inventory planning skills: reorder points, lead times, demand forecasting.
- Comfort with Shopify and inventory/ops tools.
- Excellent English and proactive written communication.
- You are calm, organized, and reliable under pressure.
