JOB OVERVIEW

Required : Proven experience working inside a DTC e-commerce brand

We are a fast-growing DTC health and wellness brand operating across multiple international markets. We are not a corporation with established systems and a team to hand things off to. We are building everything — and we are building it fast.
This role is not for someone who needs a playbook handed to them. It is for someone who writes the playbook, executes it, and then improves it.
You will wear many hats, move fast, and do things outside your job description.

Supply Chain
-Own all supplier and agent relationships end-to-end — negotiate lead times, MOQs, pricing, and net payment terms
-Manage all purchase orders, production timelines, and 3PL communication day to day
-Deep understanding of China-origin ocean freight — major global carriers, routes, pricing, and reliability
-Evaluate and select carriers dynamically based on cost, transit time, and market conditions
-Proactively source better factories and 3PL solutions in China and the US — always looking for better pricing and faster logistics
-Track supplier performance across quality, delivery time, and key KPIs
-Build and maintain a real-time inventory tracking system per SKU and per variant across all markets
-Verify agent orders and billing accuracy per SKU, variant, and location
-Set reorder points, trigger purchase orders, and forecast demand based on ad spend and seasonality
-Define quality inspection criteria for goods
-Document all supply chain processes into clear SOPs and build live dashboard (with use of AI coding agents) for full visibility
-Open to travel to China when required — all expenses covered

Project Management
-Set up required onboarding procedures
-Organize Sales & coordinate with the Strategist
-Coordinating calls with tea ---------- mbers
-Ensure monthly reports are done on time
-Working Alongside in Click Up and ensuring delivery of assets
-Ensuring deadlines are hit & timelines are followed
-Ensure assets/drives are organized in the brand systems


Hiring And Recruiting
-Communicating with the Strategist on tea ---------- mbers
-Recruiting talent for new positions and opportunities
-Publishing job posts for new positions
-Asking for referrals and making social posts on the company's behalf
-Processing applications and requesting videos from top candidates
-Handle initial screening calls with approved video applicants
-Sending assessments to subject matter experts and founder to qualify talent
-Organize meetings for subject matter experts and the founder to finalize hires.
-Onboarding all new talent following/building onboarding systems
-Manage all hiring systems to organize all talent
-Track and monitor key hiring metrics: Application completion %, Qualified candidates % Time to fill, Time to hire, Cost per hire, quality of hire







HR
-Collecting feedback from tea ---------- mbers
-Clarifying roles and responsibilities with tea ---------- mbers
-Tea ---------- mber relationship-building
-Set weekly KPIs per tea ---------- mber and build a dashboard to track accountability


Goals & Targets
-Working alongside Carlo to hit sales targets and set OKR’s for the brand

-Use AI coding agents to build custom dashboards and internal tools for each business vertical — supply chain, operations, finance, marketing
