JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Manager with GHL experience who can help run day-to-day operations for our credit repair business.

This role is for someone who can own systems, handle clients, manage disputes, and keep everything moving smoothly. If you like structure, responsibility, and long-term growth, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Operations & Management
Oversee daily operations and workflows
Keep tasks, timelines, and processes organized
Ensure clients are properly onboarded and followed up
Identify issues and improve systems when needed

GoHighLevel (GHL)

Manage and update GHL pipelines
Handle contacts, tags, campaigns, and follow-ups
Ensure leads and clients are properly tracked

Credit Repair Support

Understand credit reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)
Handle credit dispute processes
Prepare and submit dispute letters
Track dispute timelines and results
Communicate updates clearly to clients

Calls & Client Communication

Handle inbound and outbound calls when needed
Speak confidently with clients about their credit status
Answer basic credit repair questions professionally
Follow scripts and processes accurately

Required Skills & Experience

Please do not apply unless you meet most of these:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Senior VA
Average to Strong experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
Credit repair knowledge is required
Experience handling credit disputes
Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently without constant supervision


Nice-to-Have (Big Plus)

Previous experience in a credit repair company
Experience managing a small remote team
CRM optimization or automation experience
Process documentation or SOP creation
