We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and focus on serving our general calling sales center, such as garden center, ACE Hardware accounts across the country. This is a phone-based sales role aimed at building and maintaining relationships with new and existing wholesale clients, with a particular emphasis on our business with ACE Hardware garden center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing ACE Hardware accounts.
Proactive Sales & Outreach: Conduct inbound calls to a curated list of potential wholesale clients, including new ACE Hardware locations and other garden center related.
Product Expertise: Become an expert on our extensive plant selection, which includes over 300 varieties, to provide clients with the best recommendations.
Order Processing: Accurately enter and process sales orders, ensuring all details are correct for our pallet sales.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries and provide expert advice on plant care and selection.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a B2B or inside sales role, preferably in a calling center or similar environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive phone presence.
A passion for plants or a strong willingness to learn about a wide variety of plant species and their care requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
