Compensation
Part-Time Initial Engagement: $500 – $600 USD (Based on Experience)
Performance Review: Day 45
Full-Time Opportunity: Possible transition by Day 60 based on performance and operational impact
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, execution-driven, and systems-oriented Operations Manager to help stabilize, rebuild, and scale operations for a growing:
Tax Preparation Business
Sales Closer Training Program
This role is for someone who can audit operations, identify inefficiencies, build systems, create structure, and improve execution across teams.
You must be proactive, detail-oriented, highly accountable, and capable of leading operational improvements with minimal supervision.
This is not an assistant role — we are looking for someone who can think strategically and execute operationally.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Audit & Assessment
Conduct full audit of workflows, systems, and team structure
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational gaps
Evaluate reporting systems and accountability structure
Systems & Process Development
Build and implement SOPs and workflows
Optimize CRM systems (GHL preferred)
Improve automations and task management systems
Structure workflows for:
Tax Preparation Operations
Lead Management & Sales Pipeline
Training Program Delivery
KPI & Performance Management
Define KPIs across departments
Build reporting dashboards and tracking systems
Improve visibility and accountability
Operations Execution
Streamline communication and delegation
Improve execution flow and operational consistency
Ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time
Team Alignment
Coordinate with leadership, VAs, and sales team
Improve role clarity and operational alignment
Support onboarding into structured systems
Business Support
Improve client delivery experience
Support conversion and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for operational growth
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
Proven Operations Management experience
Strong SOP and workflow creation background
Experience managing remote teams
Strong systems-thinking and execution ability
CRM experience (GoHighLevel/GHL preferred)
KPI tracking and reporting experience
High level of initiative and accountability
Preferred
Experience in service-based businesses
Experience with sales operations or lead management
Familiarity with automations and operational scaling
Success Metrics
You will be evaluated based on:
Completion of operational audit
SOP and workflow implementation
Efficiency improvements delivered
KPI/reporting systems established
Team execution and alignment improvements
Overall operational readiness for scaling
