JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a highly organized, resourceful, fast-moving Operations Manager to help run day-to-day execution, vendor sourcing, purchasing, problem-solving, and project support. This is not a passive assistant role. We need someone who takes ownership, figures things out, moves quickly, and gets things done without constant hand-holding. If you are highly efficient, smart, dependable, and love solving problems, this could be a great long-term role.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

1. Vendor & Contractor Sourcing - You will help us find and communicate with vendors/crews such as:

Junk removal crews
Landscapers
Lawn companies
Painters
General labor crews
Construction crews
Roofers
Plumbers
Electricians
HVAC companies
Flooring installers
Window companies
Handymen
Contractors
Any service provider we need

You will use: Google Maps, Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, Craigslist, Company websites, Referrals, and Creative research methods

2. Purchasing & Ordering - You will help source pricing, compare vendors, and place orders for items such as:

Cabinets
Countertops
Flooring
Appliances
Windows
Doors
Vanities
Plumbing fixtures
Lighting
Renovation materials
Office/business purchases

3. Quote Gathering & Price Comparison

You will:

Request quotes quickly
Follow up until vendors respond
Compare pricing/options
Present best choices clearly

4. Operations Support

You will also help with:

Organizing spreadsheets
Tracking orders and deliveries
Following up on tasks
Helping projects stay on schedule
Solving urgent issues quickly
Communicating updates clearly
Improving systems and efficiency
