We are scaling quickly across retail, distribution, and e-commerce and are building the operational backbone to support that growth.
Role Overview:
This is a high-ownership operations role with direct impact on revenue.
You will be responsible for ensuring product moves efficiently from production to shelf across distributors, retailers, and e-commerce. This includes managing orders, inventory, and supply chain coordination while continuously improving how the business operates.
This role is for someone who moves fast, solves problems independently, and defaults to automation over manual work.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Execution & Fulfillment
Own purchase order flow end-to-end across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce
Ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time
Manage documentation including invoices, BOLs, routing guides, and labels
Proactively resolve fulfillment issues before they impact customers
Sales Operations
Support new item setups across retailers and distributors
Maintain accurate pricing, product data, and sales materials
Track deductions, trade spend, and promotional activity
Ensure operational readiness for new accounts and product launches
Supply Chain & Inventory
Coordinate production runs with co-packers and suppliers
Manage inventory across warehouses and distributors including UNFI and KeHE
Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stocks or excess inventory
Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delays quickly
Operational Systems & Automation
Identify inefficiencies across workflows and implement better systems
Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks across reporting, order management, and operations
Build processes that improve speed, accuracy, and visibility
Replace manual work with scalable solutions wherever possible
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or a similar role
Experience working in the US CPG ecosystem, ideally with distributors like UNFI or KeHE
Strong systems mindset with comfort in ERPs, CRMs, and spreadsheets
Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
High attention to detail with the ability to move quickly
Ability to operate independently and take ownership without constant direction
Strong problem-solving skills and bias toward action
