JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly intelligent, organized, and proactive Chief of Staff / Operations Manager to work directly with the founder of a fast-growing law enforcement training company. Bas

This role is not a typical virtual assistant position. You will act as the operational partner to the founder, ensuring the company runs smoothly while leadership focuses on strategy, product development, and growth.

You will oversee projects, manage remote tea ---------- mbers, build systems, and make intelligent operational decisions.

The right candidate is highly reliable, very fluent in English, extremely organized, and capable of independent decision-making. Must have experience in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Coordinate projects across the company

Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met

Build and maintain systems, workflows, and SOPs

Improve operational efficiency

Team Oversight

Manage and coordinate Filipino contractors

Assist with hiring and onboarding new tea ---------- mbers

Ensure quality control across all work

Founder Support

Manage scheduling and logistics (podcasts, meetings, etc.)

Filter communications and prioritize tasks

Ensure the founder’s time is used effectively

Project Execution

Coordinate product launches

Assist with course production and digital content

Manage cross-team collaboration

Required Skills

Exceptional English communication (written and verbal)

Strong organizational and project management ability

High attention to detail

Ability to think independently and make sound decisions

Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software quickly

Ability to manage remote teams

Preferred Experience 5 Years Minimum

Operations management

Project management

Executive assistant or Chief of Staff roles

Must be AI Savvy

Compensation

$2,500 – $3,500 USD per month (Depending on experience)
