About the Role
We're looking for a senior-level operations or admin professional ready to step into a fast-paced, high-stakes logistics role within luxury travel. You don't need travel industry experience. We'll train you on booking hotels, private jets, yachts, and full-scale itinerary logistics. What you do need is a proven track record of owning complex operations, managing multiple moving parts, and getting things done without hand-holding.
If you've spent your career being the person who keeps everything running: vendor coordination, executive support, scheduling chaos, problem-solving under pressure, and you're ready to apply those skills to the world of ultra-high-net-worth travel, this is your next role.
What We're Looking For
-- 5+ years of senior-level admin, operations, or executive support experience
-- A track record managing complex logistics: vendor coordination, multi-stakeholder scheduling, high-touch client service, or end-to-end process ownership
-- Comfortable being the operational backbone of a fast-moving team. You don't wait to be told what's next
-- Sharp attention to detail; nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
-- Strong communication skills (written and spoken). You'll coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal team members constantly
-- No travel industry experience required. We will train you on the business.
What You'll Do
-- Learn the operational side of luxury travel: booking hotels, private jets, yachts, etc and coordinating full itineraries for UHNW clients
-- Lead logistics for client trips end-to-end. From initial booking through execution, handling changes and problem-solving in real time
-- Own vendor relationships and coordination across hotels, aviation, and yacht partners
-- Act as the go-to person keeping trip logistics on track, so nothing falls behind or falls apart
-- Work directly with senior leadership to build and refine how the company handles travel operations at scale
Why This Role
This isn't an entry-level travel job. It's a chance to bring your operational expertise into a growing luxury travel business and become the person who makes complex, high-stakes logistics look effortless. You'll be trained on the travel-specific side, but your ops instincts are what will make you great at it.
Time shift:
-- EST at the start while you undergo training
-- Possible to be transferred to Australian time or European time later on.
-- Shifts are at 8 hours, but must be flexible, for times where operations get busy during peak season.
Compensation:
-- It will depend on your hourly rate as well as your experience and credentials.
-- Budget for this role: $8-12 / hour.
