OVERVIEW
We're looking for an Operations Lead to own and scale the revenue engine across our creator portfolio.
This is not a VA role. This is for a Growth Marketer who understands funnels, conversion, and customer psychology — and knows how to turn that into measurable revenue.
You won't be doing manual execution. You'll be designing the systems and strategies that drive performance, working through a team of VAs.
Your success is measured by one thing: revenue growth.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
> Funnel Architecture - Design and optimize the full subscriber journey — from acquisition through retention.
> Messaging & Monetization - Own the structure, cadence, and performance of messaging across all creators.
> Lifecycle Marketing - Build and refine welcome flows, re-engagement, re-subscription, and win-back campaigns.
> Performance Optimization - Track conversion metrics, identify gaps, and continuously improve pricing, offers, and messaging.
> Team Leadership - Lead a team of VAs to execute your strategy with speed and consistency.
