Operations & Growth Manager Location: Remote | Type: Full-time | Reports to: Owner

About Us????
We're a family-owned craft kit brand primarily selling on Amazon US (FBA) across 76 SKUs in categories like cross stitch, embroidery, latch hook, fuse beads, and licensed kits. We run a lean, highly automated operation — Claude AI handles a large portion of daily intelligence, PPC analysis, and reporting. You'll be working with these tools, not around them.

Role Overview????
We're looking for a sharp, AI-fluent Operations & Growth Manager to own the full execution layer of our business — from inventory and fulfillment to PPC, promotions, and product launches. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks in systems, moves fast, and knows how to use AI tools to punch above their weight.

Responsibilities????
PPC & Advertising - Manage Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns across 17+ portfolios (US + Canada) - Manage Walmart Advertising campaigns - Review AI-generated bid recommendations, search term harvests, and negative keyword suggestions — approve, adjust, and execute - Monitor daily PPC health dashboards; investigate anomalies and act on signals - Maintain healthy TACoS targets per portfolio stage (launch, growth, harvest)

Deals, Coupons & Promotions - Set up and manage Amazon coupons, Lightning Deals, and Prime Exclusive Discounts - Coordinate Walmart promotional pricing and deal submissions - Track deal performance and competitive pricing; adjust strategy based on results - Manage promotional calendar around key seasons (Prime Day, Q4, back-to-school)

Product Launches - Execute end-to-end Amazon launches: listing go-live, PPC campaign setup, Vine enrollment, rank tracking - Coordinate launch phases — honeymoon period management, spend ramp-up, keyword rank milestones - Work with AI-generated launch playbooks and adapt in real time based on velocity and BSR data - Brief the team on launch status and flag gates that need decisions

Inventory & Supply Chain - Monitor stock levels across Amazon FBA, Shopify, and Walmart; trigger reorders before stockouts - Manage supplier relationships (primarily China) — POs, lead times, QC, shipments - Coordinate freight forwarders and customs documentation - Own seasonal forecasting for Q4, CNY, and promotional periods

Fulfillment & Orders - Oversee Amazon MCF, Shopify, Faire, and Walmart order fulfillment - Track inbound shipments and resolve receiving issues with Amazon - Handle escalations — missing units, damaged inventory, MCF failures

Financial Operations - Track invoices, match POs, flag discrepancies - Monitor Amazon reimbursements, storage fees, and fee audits - Support cash flow planning for upcoming POs

Requirements????
Must-Have - 3+ years in Amazon e-commerce — PPC management and supply chain management are non-negotiable - Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (campaigns, deals, shipments, reimbursements) - Comfortable working with AI-generated analysis — you use AI tools daily, you know when to trust the output and when to push back, and you make faster decisions because of it (not despite it) - Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading dashboards, spotting trends, making data-driven calls - Detail-oriented with a bias for action — you close loops without being chased - Excellent written English

Strong Plus - Walmart Seller Center / Walmart Advertising experience - Experience with product launches on Amazon (honeymoon period, Vine, rank tracking) - Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, DataDive, or similar keyword/rank platforms - Shopify experience - Experience in a lean, remote-first team
