We are a U.S.-based business owner operating three growing organizations:
• A digital marketing agency (SEO, Google Ads, web design)
• A residential remodeling company
• Strategic digital consulting for a national nonprofit organization
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Digital Marketing Coordinator to become a long-term right-hand tea
This is not a short-term freelance role. We are looking for someone who wants stability, growth, and increasing responsibility over time.

Position Overview
This role will support operations, marketing production, and administrative systems across multiple businesses.
Your job is to help protect the owner’s time by managing recurring tasks, keeping projects organized, and ensuring execution happens efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Agency Support
• Compile monthly client reports (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console)
• Upload and format blog posts in WordPress
• Format landing pages in Divi
• Perform basic keyword research and competitor checks
• Publish Google Business Profile posts
• Assist with citation building
• Update CRM records and proposals
• Organize client assets in Google Drive

2. Remodeling Company Operations
• Respond to inbound inquiries
• Pre-qualify leads using a provided script
• Schedule estimate appointments
• Send follow-ups to leads
• Track open projects in spreadsheet/CRM
• Assist with review follow-up requests
• Help manage invoices and documentation

3. Nonprofit Digital Support
• Format landing pages
• Schedule
• Export and clean CRM data
• Compile reporting spreadsheets
• Upload blog posts and YouTube videos

Required Skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Familiar with WordPress (Divi experience is a plus)
• Comfortable pulling data from Google Analytics / Google Ads
• Organized and proactive
• Stable internet connection
• Able to work U.S. Central Time overlap (minimum 3–4 hours daily)

Preferred (But Not Required)
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Google Ads
• CRM experience
• Project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
• Video editing basics (optional)

Work Schedule
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Some overlap with U.S. Central Time required

• $6–10/hour depending on experience
