We are hiring a full-time Operations Coordinator VA to support structured execution across multiple workstreams in a live operations environment.
This is not a social media or customer service role.
You will help keep trackers, action items, follow-ups, reporting, and status updates clean and current. The role requires strong spreadsheet discipline, excellent written English, and the ability to organize information clearly.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain action trackers, follow-up logs, deadline lists, and status registers
- Update Google Sheets and Google Docs accurately based on
- Track open items, blockers, owners, and next actions
- Prepare simple daily and weekly status summaries for management
- Support document control, naming consistency, and folder organization
- Follow up on missing updates and keep records current
- Support light hiring and onboarding tracking when needed
Requirements:
- Strong Google Sheets and Google Docs skills
- Strong written English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to handle repetitive tracking work accurately
- Comfortable working with deadlines, follow-ups, and structured reporting
- Able to overlap at least 4 hours with Singapore business hours
Strong advantage if you have:
- Operations support experience
- Project coordination experience
- Manufacturing, engineering, QA, or logistics admin support
- Experience using ChatGPT or Claude to improve reporting speed
This role is NOT suitable for:
- Social media managers
- Sales outreach VAs
- Appointment setters
- Applicants with weak spreadsheet skills
