Family-owned construction and remodeling company hiring for a remote, full-time sales and appointment-setting role.
Position Overview
• Handle phone-based pre-sales calls to qualify leads and book appointments
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and lead tracking
• Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Represent the company professionally on all phone calls
• Work from a quiet, phone-appropriate environment with excellent call quality
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in construction pre-sales, dispatching, appointment setting, or sales support
• Background in construction or remodeling companies (required)
• Strong phone sales and appointment-setting experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Clear, neutral English with no heavy accent
• Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients
• Strong customer service and persuasion skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently with full accountability
• Comfortable handling high call volume
• Ability to work 10 hours per day, 6 days per week
• Option to work 7 days per week if needed
• Availability during U.S. business hours
• Fast response time and high availability
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Drive)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Technical and Equipment Requirements (Mandatory)
• Strong, stable high-speed Wi-Fi with backup internet
• Clear phone line quality at all times
• Professional headset with microphone (noise-canceling preferred)
• Reliable desktop or laptop suitable for multitasking
• Backup power solution (UPS or generator)
• Quiet, noise-free workspace
