About Us

Balakrishnan Real Estate Group is a fast-growing luxury property management company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We manage high-end short-term and long-term rental properties and pride ourselves on delivering five-star hospitality, exceptional communication, and proactive property care.

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Manage guest communications across Airbnb, Vrbo, ---------- , Hostaway, and direct bookings.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest and tenant inquiries.
Use ChatGPT and our internal SOPs to draft thoughtful, personalized responses.
Escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.
Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and follow up until completion.
Schedule and communicate with cleaners, landscapers, and contractors.
Submit Airbnb reimbursement and damage claims with supporting documentation.
Assist with direct booking administration, including rental agreements and guest onboarding.
Track maintenance issues, reservations, and operational tasks.
Monitor upcoming arrivals and departures to ensure every stay is properly prepared.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining company policies.
Continuously improve our operating procedures and documentation.
What We're Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, dependable, and proactive.
Experience with Airbnb, Hostaway, Guesty, or property management software is a plus but not required.

Full-time
Must have availability during Pacific Time business hours.
Occasional evening or weekend coverage may be required.
