ROLE OVERVIEW
This role encompasses overseeing transportation, inventory control, invoice and order processing, all while maintaining effective communication across departments and with external partners.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Sales / Purchase orders through to shipment ensuring full compliance with system processes (Microsoft BC)
Manage customer orders and provide status updates to customers
Work with Supply Chain and warehouse team to plan for and process inbound deliveries
Maintain inventory records in system to always ensure accuracy with warehouse inventory reports
Maintain order trackers for reporting and workflow management, providing updates to key stakeholders as required
Respond to customer enquiries and escalate issues that arise
Properly file invoices with Finance according to customer and order delivery cadences
Proactively raise issues that might prevent proper end of month reconciliation
Track compliance internally and effectively communicate with stakeholders
CURRENT DAILY TASKS
Process inbound stock in system
Maintain order tracker on a daily basis
Receive, ship and invoice orders
Provide status updates to customers (ETA, POD)
Create shipping documents (e.g. packing slips / pallet labels)
Book couriers / freight for outbound orders with 3PL providers
Create / maintain all Purchase Orders in system
Create / maintain all Sales Orders in system
Create new items and ensure master data in system is kept up to date
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in supply chain processes and order management
Previous experience in customer service
Excellent English-speaking skills
Strong communication skills
Capable to work under pressure

CIRCUMSTANCES & COMPENSATION
Fluent in English (C2 or above)
Must be eligible to work in AU time zone
Location: Remote, work from home
Compensation: 40,000 PHP per month

TECHNOLOGY SETUP
In addition to the above, you must also have the appropriate technology system & software in place as below:
Internet not lower than 50 MBPS
Laptop or PC with at least Intel Core i3 processor and 4GB RAM (or equivalent)
Noise cancellation headset & a webcam
An additional monitor screen is preferable but is not mandatory for the position.
