JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable Operations & Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business activities. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, updating records, and assisting with problem-solving to keep operations running smoothly. The position is fully remote and requires strong English communication skills, computer efficiency, and the ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative and operational tasks

Manage documentation and update records accurately

Schedule and coordinate appointments

Monitor important dates, renewals, and deadlines

Communicate clearly with clients, drivers, and team members

Assist in resolving issues and operational problems

Use computer systems, email, and online platforms efficiently

Support smooth workflow and remote operations
