Operations & Community Coordinator
Tech-Savvy Operations Role | Full-Time | Remote
Compensation
$6 USD per hour | 30–40 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8a - 4p CST Texas Time
About the Role
Cleaning Business University is looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Operations & Community Coordinator to work closely with our Operations Manager and help keep the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly.
The majority of this role focuses on customer support, student experience, community management, onboarding, and recurring operational responsibilities.
However, strong technology skills are a high priority in who we hire.
You'll regularly work inside CRMs, community platforms, payment systems, spreadsheets, and other business technology. You don't need to be an expert in every platform we use, but you should be comfortable learning software quickly, working with basic automations and workflows, troubleshooting issues, and figuring things out without needing step-by-step instructions.
We're looking for an operations and community person who is unusually comfortable with technology, not a developer or advanced systems engineer.
This is not a basic virtual assistant position. We want someone who can learn our systems and processes, take ownership of recurring responsibilities, and become a reliable extension of our Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
Customer Support & Community Management
Monitor and respond to student and customer messages across our platforms
Manage day-to-day activity inside our online community
Help onboard new students and make sure they have access to the resources they need
Post community updates, reminders, announcements, and events
Help ensure student questions and concerns are handled promptly and professionally
Technology & Systems
Work inside CRMs and other business technology platforms
Maintain contacts, pipelines, tags, workflows, and other CRM information
Assist with basic automations, workflows, and system updates
Test and troubleshoot basic technology issues
Learn and adapt to new software and systems as needed
Daily Operations & Operations Manager Support
Support recurring daily and weekly operational responsibilities
Assist with webinars, events, onboarding, customer success, and other business activities
Monitor payments, student access, and other operational processes
Keep trackers, reports, and business information accurate and up to date
Follow up on outstanding tasks and help make sure important items don't fall through the cracks
Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify and resolve operational issues
Reporting & Process Management
Maintain recurring reports, trackers, and business metrics
Follow existing SOPs and processes
Help document and update processes as they change
Identify missing, incorrect, or outdated information
Look for opportunities to improve, automate, or simplify recurring processes
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in operations, customer support, community management, customer success, or a similar role
Hands-on experience working with CRMs and technology platforms, such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, or similar
Comfortable working with basic automations and workflows
Experience managing or supporting an online community, membership, course, or coaching program is strongly preferred
Strong technology and computer skills
Ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to troubleshoot and research basic technology issues independently
Strong written communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring responsibilities
Strong follow-through and accountability
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and data
Ability to follow SOPs and established processes
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership.
You should be the type of person who notices when something hasn't been completed, tries to figure things out before immediately asking for help, and communicates when something needs additional attention.
Platforms We Use
Our team currently works across platforms including GoHighLevel, Mighty Networks, Whop, WebinarFuel, Typeform, Outlook, Slack,
You do not need experience with every platform listed above.
We're more interested in whether you've demonstrated that you can work comfortably with technology and confidently learn new systems.
Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM/automation platform is highly preferred.
