The Profitable Florist is a fast-growing education and coaching brand helping florists build more profitable, sustainable businesses. We run online programs, memberships, and coaching experiences and we need a sharp, dependable operator behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
The Role
We're looking for an Operations + Client Support Coordinator who thrives on organization, loves checking things off a list, and takes pride in making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
You'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations - handling everything from customer support and program logistics to CRM management, marketing execution, and admin coordination. This is not a creative or strategy role. This is an execution role. You'll be given direction and your job is to carry it out accurately, thoroughly, and on time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Customer & Member Support
Monitor inboxes and DMs daily and respond to or escalate support requests promptly
Resolve access issues, troubleshoot common problems, and ensure every request is tracked and followed through to completion
- Program & Webinar Operations
Manage registrations, send reminders, and maintain rosters for webinars and programs
Upload and organize replay recordings and collect/track homework submissions
- CRM Management
Keep CRM records clean and up to date - including notes, tags, pipeline stages, and list segmentation
Track renewal dates and send timely follow-up sequences
- Marketing Execution
Schedule approved
Check all links and assets before anything goes live
Collect, organize, and file testimonials and client wins
- Admin & Executive Support
Coordinate calendars and protect the CEO's time
Document repeatable processes into clear, step-by-step SOPs
Track action items and follow up to ensure completion
- Weekly Reporting
Compile and deliver a weekly operational "scoreboard" covering key metrics, current bottlenecks, and a prioritized list of decisions needed
You're a Great Fit If You…
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an operations, VA, or online business management role
- Are incredibly detail-oriented - you notice when something's off and you fix it
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball
- Communicate clearly and proactively (you don't wait to be asked for updates)
- Are comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Take ownership - if it's your responsibility, you see it through
- Have experience supporting an online coaching, membership, or education business (big plus!)
