JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable assistant to support a fast-growing business across operations, client communication, and day-to-day execution.

We’re looking for someone who can think, communicate clearly, stay organized, and take ownership of their work.

**What You’ll Be Doing

-Managing and updating tasks inside our project management system (Motion)
-Supporting website updates (light design / formatting — not full development)
-Handling client communication (email, messaging, and occasional phone calls)
-Following up with leads and keeping conversations organized
-Assisting with admin tasks and keeping operations running smoothly

The role is structured and supported by clear systems — you will not be expected to manage everything independently.

-You are not expected to work without direction
-You will be given clear systems and expectations — your role is to execute, communicate, and maintain organization at a high level.

**Requirements

Experience with project management tools (Motion strongly preferred)
Basic website editing experience (Webflow, GHL, WordPress, or similar)
Strong English communication skills
Reliable availability for consistent weekly hours
Ability to accurately track time and manage assigned workload

**Hours, Compensation & Structure
Part-time (starting at ~10–20 hours per week)
Opportunity to grow into a larger role based on performance and reliability
$650–$750/month base + performance-based bonus (up to $400/month tied to booked and completed calls).
Strong performers will have opportunities for increased hours, responsibility, and pay.

This is a systems-driven environment:
All tasks are managed inside Motion (required)
All work must be tracked and visible
Clear communication is expected at all times
Deadlines and details matter
