JOB OVERVIEW

ScalePoint CPG (Consumer Product Goods) help emerging brands move from first placement to national distribution through hands-n sales execution, strategic partnerships, and measurable growth. ScalePoint was built from real operating experience - not theory. We exist to help brands avoid the most expensive mistakes in consumer goods: scaling too early, incorrectly, or scaling without systems. We are a small growing team working to ensure that our brands receive excellent service.

Core Objective
Own the operational execution behind ScalePoint's retailer relationships and client success by managing buyer follow-up, maintaining accurate CRM and reporting systems, producing client-ready reports, monitoring compliance deadlines, and preparing monthly financial and business performance reviews for leadership.

This role ensures nothing falls through the cracks—from retailer meetings and buyer communications to client reporting, financial reviews, and internal operational tracking. Knowledge in CPG is preferred.

Responsibilities
Retail operations - review compliance tracker for deadlines, maintain retailer dashboards, produce weekly follow-up status reports, produce monthly client reports

Maintain the retail pipeline - audit follow-up sequences, produce pipeline moment reports, prepare buyer meeting books for trade shows and retailer event.

Leadership Reporting-provide leadership with weekly operational summary
