This is a remote, work from home position.

The role
This is a high ownership operations role combining client communication and operational problem solving.

You will:
-Communicate with clients via inbox and support tickets using clear, professional English
-Investigate issues end to end, often with incomplete information
-Do accuracy-focused ops work in our internal system, including reconciling deposits and withdrawals, tracking balances, and resolving discrepancies
-Perform QA checks and keep records clean and reliable

Roughly 60 percent of the role is client communication and roughly 40 percent is operations and investigation.

You will work with capable, hardworking teammates in the Philippines and internationally. Many have backgrounds from top PH universities and experience across engineering, accounting and finance, account management, customer success, and startup operations.

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, US Eastern hours. Exact shift is discussed during interviews.

Compensation and benefits
We pay above market for top talent. Compensation depends on skill and performance, with regular reviews.

Benefits include performance bonus, 13th month pay, 15 PTO days per year plus PH public holidays.
