As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're expanding the operations team that keeps every campaign organized, efficient, and ready to scale.

We're looking for an Operations Associate / Administrative Assistant who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and creating structure behind the scenes. If you're someone who naturally spots inefficiencies, loves staying organized, and enjoys learning new technology, this could be a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

You'll support the operational foundation behind our outbound campaigns while helping improve the systems our team relies on every day.

Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and account setup for new BDRs across Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot CRM, Coda, Nooks, and other internal tools
- Support client onboarding and ensure campaigns are configured accurately before launch
- Verify campaign readiness by checking inboxes, dialers, lead sources, and operational workflows
- Maintain organized and accurate prospect, campaign, and CRM data
- Coordinate BDR assignments across active client accounts
- Help identify process improvements and contribute to updating SOPs and internal documentation
- Partner with Client Success Managers and Team Leads to support smooth campaign execution
- Explore AI tools, automation, and operational improvements that help the business scale more efficiently

- Have excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Enjoy working with processes, documentation, and operational systems
- Learn new software quickly and enjoy working with technology
- Have experience with or are excited to learn CRM platforms and sales operations tools
- Are comfortable using platforms such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar software
- Can prioritize multiple tasks while working independently in a remote environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both teammates and clients
- Take ownership of your work and proactively solve problems
- Have an interest in AI, automation, and building more efficient workflows

Work Schedule
- Full-Time Remote
- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Must be available during US business hours
