Lightningrowth is a US-based performance marketing agency specializing in Meta ads lead generation for home improvement and remodeling businesses.
We've been in business for 3 years and currently run Meta ad campaigns for over 40 active clients — including 12 of the Top 500 largest remodeling companies in the US.
We are hiring a full-time Operations Associate to own the internal systems that keep our agency running. This is not a VA role. This is a dedicated systems and process position for someone who takes ownership, thinks in automations, and genuinely enjoys keeping things clean and organized.
This role is a strong fit if you:
Have 3+ years of full-time remote experience supporting a US-based company
Have 2+ years of ClickUp experience as an admin or workspace manager — not just a tea
Have 2+ years of advanced Google Sheets experience building data dashboards and reports
Have experience automating tasks or workflows using any platform
Have a data-oriented mindset — you notice when something is off and you fix it
Want a stable, long-term role with a growing agency
Enjoy systems, process documentation, and operational ownership
This role is not a good fit if you:
Have only used ClickUp as a tea
Know basic formulas in Google Sheets but have not built data dashboards or reporting systems
Prefer creative, client-facing, or project-based work
Need frequent supervision or check-ins to stay on track
Are looking for part-time or short-term work
As an Operations Associate at Lightningrowth, you will be responsible for:
Owning our ClickUp workspace — structure, task management, templates, and automations for the full team
Building and maintaining our Google Sheets dashboards for client performance reports and internal leadership reporting
Writing and maintaining all company SOPs — every repeatable process documented clearly and kept current
Managing internal contractor onboarding and offboarding
Identifying manual, repetitive processes and automating them
Managing our software subscriptions and renewals
Required Experience:
3+ years full-time remote experience with a US-based company
2+ years managing a ClickUp workspace as an admin — built spaces, automations, and task structures for a team
2+ years advanced Google Sheets — data dashboards, large datasets, reporting for non-technical stakeholders
Built and maintained multi-step automated workflows end to end (
Can identify data discrepancies in a report and fix them independently
Built systems and processes from scratch inside a small or growing team
Strong written English
Compensation and Work Structure:
$1,500 – $2,000 USD per month, depending on experience
Full-time, 40 hours per week

Paid twice a month
