We are looking for a reliable Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day systems of a growing website-based business.
This is a full-time, exclusive role, and we’re looking for someone who can fully commit to our team. Please apply only if you’re prepared to NOT take on other employers or side work while working with us.
This role focuses heavily on administration, organisation, and completing tasks carefully. The majority of the work involves managing website content, organising files, and maintaining operational processes.
This is not a creative marketing role. It is best suited to someone who enjoys structured work, checklists, and making sure details are correct.
You will work closely with our operations coordinator who manages the workflow and assigns tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Website Content Administration
• Upload and format articles in WordPress
• Insert and check internal and external links
• Upload images and ensure formatting is correct
• Prepare posts for publishing
Content Scheduling
• Write short titles and descriptions for posts
• Schedule content using online tools
• Check that links and images are working correctly
Administrative Organisation
• Organise files in OneDrive and Dropbox
• Maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems
• Perform data entry and operational tasks
• Assist with maintaining digital workflows
Quality Checks
• Review content before publishing to ensure links, formatting, and images are correct
• Follow checklists carefully to avoid mistakes
• Flag anything unusual or unclear
