Are you a highly organized and proactive individual seeking a rewarding remote role? Join our dynamic team as a General Virtual Assistant and play a crucial part in supporting our dental clinic's administrative operations.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a competitive pay rate of $5 USD per hour.
Your Role: As our Operations Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and performing data entry.
- Assisting with stock ordering and inventory management.
- Processing claims and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Taking on ad-hoc administrative assignments and projects as needed.
- Communicating professionally and effectively with patients, suppliers, providers, and team members.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and meticulous record-keeping.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email platforms.
- Prior experience in administrative tasks, operations management, and project management is preferred.
- Access to a stable internet connection and a reliable computer system.
- Familiarity with video conferencing and communication tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Teams.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
