JOB OVERVIEW

We are a high-level client acquisition firm that places elite sales reps into businesses and builds the infrastructure to scale them. We are growing fast, and I need a right-hand Operator to help.

You will manage the technical ecosystem for both our internal firm and our clients. We place the talent; you build the systems that make them successful.

Your Infrastructure Stack:
* GoHighLevel: Building, auditing, and managing complex snapshots, automations, and CRM workflows.
* Funnel Building: Designing and launching high-converting landing pages and VSL funnels.
* Meta Ads: Technical setup, tracking (Pixels/CAPI), and basic campaign management.
* Project Management (Notion): Keeping the team and client projects organised.
* Team Coordination: Managing calendars and facilitating communication between our sales reps and clients.

Who You Are:
* High Agency: You don't wait for a "To-Do" list. You see a gap in a funnel or a broken automation and you fix it.
* Tech-Fluent: You understand how GHL, Meta, and Notion talk to each other.
* Growth Mindset: If you are a GHL wizard but "okay" at Meta Ads, we are happy to provide paid training to get you to an elite level.
* Availability: Starting Part-Time (20-25 hrs/week) with the immediate goal to move to Full-Time.
