JOB OVERVIEW

This Role Is Not for Everyone
We're an Australian training organisation — paramedics, educators, operational specialists — and we move fast. The person we're looking for has three qualities that are genuinely rare in combination. If you don't have all three, this isn't the right role for you.

1. Your English is exceptional.
Not good. Not fluent. Exceptional. You'll be speaking with Australian customers on the phone daily and writing professional emails on our behalf. Your spoken English is clear, natural, and confident. Your written English is polished — no errors, no awkward phrasing, no AI-assisted cover letters. We will know the difference. We will screen for this before anything else.

2. You are a seriously fast and efficient computer operator.
We don't mean you know how to use a computer. We mean you live in it. You use keyboard shortcuts instinctively. You run split screens. You switch between platforms without losing ---------- ntum. You pick up new systems quickly and you don't need to be shown twice. When you sit down at your desk, you are in flow — not fumbling. If you've never thought about how to make your setup faster, this isn't the role for you.

3. Your attention to detail is flawless.
You will follow complex multi-step processes involving customer data, training records, and financial information. A single error has real consequences. You don't cut corners. You don't rush and fix it later. You have a track record of doing administrative work with a very low error rate, and you take genuine pride in that.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Handling inbound customer calls and emails for Australian clients
- Coordinating course bookings across public and corporate programs
- Managing data entry, documentation, and training records in HubSpot, G Suite, and Xero
- Supporting equipment sales and ad-hoc operational tasks
- Following operational processes precisely and flagging issues proactively

Remuneration
This role is structured as a contractor arrangement. You will invoice us for each day worked at a rate of PHP 3,817/day (approx. USD 68/day). Based on 235 working days per year, this equals approximately PHP 897,000 annually or USD 1,330/month equivalent. This daily rate is all-inclusive — 13th month pay, annual leave, sick leave, PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG are all built into the rate. There are no additional entitlements paid on top. If you don't work, you don't invoice. What you see is what you get.
