We are looking for a reliable Operations Assistant to support the CEO and CFO with data work, admin tasks, and day-to-day execution across the company.
About the Role
This is a long-term, remote role.
You will be assisting senior leadership with structured tasks, data entry, documentation, and operational support. This role requires attention to detail, strong written English, and the ability to follow instructions exactly.
Responsibilities
Copying and organizing data into Google Sheets
Assisting the CEO and CFO with daily operational tasks
Managing spreadsheets, documents, and shared folders
Following written SOPs and executing tasks accurately
Creating and updating simple internal documents
Basic research and data validation
Supporting multiple departments as needed
KPIs (How Success Is Measured)
Accuracy of completed tasks
Speed of task completion
Ability to follow instructions without reminders
Quality and clarity of written communication
