This is a general operations role. Tasks may vary depending on business needs.

## What you’ll do

- Create and update records in Salesforce
- Enter data accurately and keep records clean
- Upload, organize, and manage documents
- Work with web portals as part of daily operations
- Monitor and respond to shared email inboxes
- Send professional emails to customers requesting documents or information
- Make occasional outbound calls for follow-ups or invoice collection
- Follow documented workflows and checklists

## Required qualifications

- Strong written English
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and web-based tools
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Able to manage routine operational tasks independently
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer (BYOD)

## Nice to have (not required)

- Experience in insurance, finance, or operations
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or customers
- Experience handling customer emails or light phone calls
