Looking to bring in a part-time (5-10 hours weekly) operations admin. We are a marketing team, supporting home remodeling contractors (kitchen, bathroom, home addition remodels) by offering SEO and automation services.
Example tasks will include, but are not limited to:
-Routine SEO administrative tasks
-Pulling monthly reports on client marketing leads
-Updating Google Business Profiles & Responding to reviews
-Building Citations
-Disputing Bad Leads and Fake Google Profiles
-Uploading new photo content to social profiles
-Using Canva for design
-Managing a Support
-Updating CRM data
Tech Stack We Use: GoHighlevel, Slack, Zoom, Canva, Google Sheets & Docs, ClickUp, ChatGPT
This is a part-time position with 5-10 hours per week, with the potential for an increase in hours and responsibilities based on work performance and future client projects.
What We're Looking For: I am looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, communicates well, and has previous experience providing operations/administrative support. For all tasks you will be provided SOPs and training on how to use the respective software.
You must carefully follow step-by-step standard operating procedures (SOPs) with a high rate of accuracy (99%+). We'll support you through the learning curve and work together to update any outdated steps, but this role requires consistent precision and attention to detail.
Weekly Process:

-You will review a routine task checklist in ClickUp, and complete any Social Media or SEO related tasks that are due for each client, by using the provided SOPs.

-Candidates with experience using GoHighlevel, and any experience with Wordpress/Elementor, will be prioritized.
-The ability to complete tasks on time, communicate early & often, and to be a problem solver are very important.
