We are a UK-based company looking for a reliable and organised Operations Coordinator to manage scheduling,
This role focuses mainly on our cleaning business (TDG Services), working with property managers across London.

What You’ll Do
Schedule weekly cleaning jobs
Assign work to 6 cleaners
Coordinate subcontractors (garden work, rubbish removal, maintenance)
Respond to customer
Update jobs and notes in our system (ServiceM8)

What We Need
Strong written English
Highly organised and detail-focused
Experience in admin, scheduling, or customer service
Comfortable using CRM or similar systems
Able to work UK hours (4 PM – 12 AM Philippines time)

Experience with ServiceM8 or similar
Experience in cleaning, property, or facilities management
