THE ROLE: REMOTE OPERATIONS MANAGER
You’ll be the engine that keeps the MVMT Team running. From managing tools, tech, and transactions to supporting our agents and keeping leadership organized — this role is not for the faint of heart. It’s for someone who loves the action, enjoys being depended on, and isn’t afraid to dive into 10 things at once and still deliver.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Keep operations flowing — handle systems, tools, calendars, and priorities like a pro.
Oversee transactions, paperwork, and deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks.
Manage CRM tools like Follow Up Boss, project boards, and communication systems.
Track performance metrics, agent activity, and team KPIs — send simple, smart reports.
Coordinate onboarding and support for new agents.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal tea
Support social media, event planning, and branding efforts.
Take ownership of problems, projects, and anything else that needs your attention.
YOU SHOULD BE:
A multitasking machine with a calm and organized brain.
Fluent in English, especially written — this role needs sharp communication.
Experienced in admin, operations, customer service, or real estate (ideal but not required).
Very tech-comfortable — Google Drive, CRMs, Trello, Canva, etc.
Self-motivated and able to work independently without micromanagement.
Open to feedback and constantly looking to improve.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably in real estate.
Proven sales experience, including high-volume dialing (e.g., collections, appointment setting, or outbound sales).
Resilient and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining professionalism.
Familiarity with CRMs like Follow Up Boss is a plus (a strong organizational process is more important than specific CRM experience).
Experience with tools like Calendly, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom and virtual communication platforms is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable with having your camera on during the entire shift
Can work on weekends (no excuses)
Can work on Eastern Standard Time
Excellent internet connection
Degree Holder
Must have Back-Up power source
