JOB OVERVIEW

We are consultants setting up OpenClaw AI systems for clients through the United States. We install the OpenClaw gateway on the clients computer and then customize it to their business needs.

Right now I am doing all of the installation myself. We have grown to have an existing client base that needs support from time to time either adding a new integration/feature to their setup or troubleshooting issues and problems.

My vision is to have one or multiple trained tech support representatives on a live zoom call during the day that my clients and access and get instant support via remote screen share.

This job will include training on how OpenClaw works, how we set it up for our clients and the most common integrations.

This role will also include onboarding calls with our new clients to help them determine which platforms they want to connect to their OpenClaw and walking them through how to acquire their API keys.

Characteristics I am looking for is an existing understanding of softwares, API keys, and AI products like Claude or Chat GPT. Existing experience with OpenClaw is helpful but not needed because I will provide the training. We also have internal documentation that will be able to be reference when doing the tech support.

This role also requires speaking with customers so good english and an outgoing personality is helpful.

The working hours must be compatible with EST in USA because that is where most of our clients live and work.
