JOB OVERVIEW

WE are a Real Estate company with 170 Realtors based in British Columbia Canada. About 70% of Realtors in General are not doing a good job with their online Social Media Marketing or their SEO. We are going to purchase a Piece of software that utilizes A to individualize posts for multiple Realtors on a daily basis. It is a task that could not be accomplished without AI because each realtor will want individualized posts for their listings and for their separate areas. The software has daily posting built into it. The task will be to go in each day and edit the postings based on their experience in creating leads and also based on individualizing posts for each individual realtor. We will probably have around 20 to 50 Realtors. We have about 15 that have said that they're interested but that number will grow as long as the program is successful. We are also looking for the person to do the same thing with our company social media and my commercial real estate social media and online advertising.
