We are hiring a Operations Manager for our e-commerce stores.
This is NOT a basic support role.
You will handle sensitive operations that directly impact revenue, including:
- Reviewing and improving support agents’ replies
- Handling difficult customer cases (refunds, cancellations, complaints)
- Managing subscription cancellations and identifying patterns
- Monitoring chargebacks and risky customers
- Performing operational tasks (data exports, spreadsheets, analysis)
You will be responsible for making decisions, not just replying to tickets.
This role requires:
- High attention to detail
- Strong experience in Shopify and customer support
- Understanding of subscriptions and retention
- Ability to follow strict processes and think critically
If you are used to basic support tasks only, this role is NOT for you.
