JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are a growing solar battery installation company looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual to join our remote support team. You will be the voice our customers hear when they need help getting their solar battery system up and running from first-time app setup through to diagnosing system issues over the phone.

You need to be a electrician or electrical engineer

This is a fully online role. You will handle inbound support calls, video calls, and messages, guiding customers step by step through setup and troubleshooting from the comfort of your own home.

What You’ll Do
• Guide customers through app setup, account registration, and first-time configuration
• Set up and configure monitoring dashboards and system alerts
• Troubleshoot inverter and battery connectivity issues remotely
• Walk customers through system diagnostics over the phone
• Escalate complex faults to field technicians with clear, accurate notes
• Log and manage support tickets and keep customer records updated
• Follow up with customers to confirm issues have been resolved

Systems & Platforms You’ll Work With
You will provide technical support across the following solar battery platforms:
• GoodWe — SEMS Portal & GoodWe App
• SAJ — eSolar App & Online Portal
• ESY Sunny Home Manager

Full product training will be provided. Prior experience with any of these platforms is a strong advantage.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience with solar, battery storage, or electrical systems
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently to non-technical customers
• Strong phone manner — calm, clear, and professional
• Confident using smartphone apps on both iOS and Android
• Reliable home internet setup and a quiet, professional workspace
• Self-motivated with strong written communication skills
• Previous customer support or helpdesk experience is a bonus
