JOB OVERVIEW

Online Sales Agent – For Hire

We are looking for a pro-active Online Sales Agent with strong Shopify experience and a proven ability to convert leads into sales. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, and customer-focused, with an excellent attitude and a passion for selling.

Responsibilities

Actively engage with potential customers via chat, email, and social platforms

Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products

Manage and process orders through Shopify

Follow up on leads, abandoned carts, and past customers to maximize conversions

Maintain a positive brand voice and professional communication at all times

Track sales performance and provide basic reports when needed

No cold calling required, all leads are warm, and mostly will be incoming warm leads

Will be selling high end ticket items

Product knowledge is essential

Requirements:

Pro-active sales mindset (you don’t wait for customers—you engage them)

Strong knowledge of Shopify (orders, products, customers, basic apps)

Excellent sales record with proven conversion or revenue results

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Great personality with a positive, can-do attitude

Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills

Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed hours

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in eCommerce, dropshipping, or DTC brands

Live chat and CRM experience

Upselling and cross-selling experience

Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram DM selling or email sales
