We require an experienced virtual assistant to handle all inbound calls to our automotive servicing workshop.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering all inbound calls
- Making bookings (taking down details of work and client, and adding to our system)
- Fielding questions about our services and availability
- Escalating to the office/individual as required
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a receptionist in a professional environment (English speaking)
- Exceptional verbal and written English
- Ability to take down details quickly and handle 50-100 calls a day
- Reliable and fast internet
- Windows laptop or desktop (modern and fast)
- Reliable smartphone (ideally a separate smartphone for business calls)
- Professional headset
- Quiet environment to take all calls (no background noise)
