Maple Creative is a design and marketing studio providing a range of services to help small to medium sized businesses grow, utilizing a unique approach where we partner closely with our clients on an ongoing basis to become an integral part of their business.

We're also starting an online arm of the business that includes a membership program for solopreneurs to get support and guidance for their DIY marketing.
Job Overview
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Virtual Assistant to join our growing team, with a specific focus on building, managing, and marketing our online membership. This role goes beyond general admin work: we need someone who already has hands-on Kajabi experience and can manage the platform, content, and marketing that keep our membership running and growing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others succeed, and a clear understanding of how membership platforms, email marketing, and content work together to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Membership & Kajabi Platform Management
Build, organize, and maintain our membership content library inside Kajabi so members can find what they need without being forced through a set course sequence.
Set up and manage community spaces, access groups, and channels.
Configure and manage recurring offers, pricing tiers, and access permissions.
Build and maintain automations, including tagging, onboarding sequences, and triggers tied to purchases and assessment results.
Regularly review our existing Kajabi setup and recommend improvements as the membership grows.

Email Marketing
Build and schedule email campaigns and nurture/welcome sequences for the membership.
Manage list segmentation and monitor open/click performance.
Content & Video
Edit video for membership content and short-form social media promotion.
Create supporting graphics for membership resources and campaigns.
Community & Social Management
Moderate community spaces, respond to member questions, and monitor engagement.
Plan and manage a posting calendar across community and social channels.
Qualifications
Experience
Required: hands-on Kajabi experience building and/or managing a membership, course, or community. Please include 2-3 references we can contact about your Kajabi work.

Required: experience with email marketing platforms, building and scheduling campaigns and sequences.
Video editing and social media management experience strongly preferred.
1-2 years of experience as an Administrative or Virtual Assistant, or in a similar operations role.
Skills
Kajabi: comfortable building and managing courses/communities, offers, automations, and reporting.

Email marketing: experience building and sending campaigns and nurture sequences (Mailchimp or similar).
Video editing: able to edit video for membership content and short-form social media.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Teamwork, Slack, Canva, and Google Workspace.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
