JOB OVERVIEW


We are a successful mortgage broking firm operating in Australia. We are looking for a marketing gun who can take charge of the marketing in our business. We are looking for someone who can take intiative, come up with and execute ad campaigns to grow our businesses online presence and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategy and campaigns, largely in-house
Manage social media, email, and digital marketing directly
Use AI to streamline content, ads, reporting, CRM, and email production
Produce content, creative, and branding work internally
Track and report clearly on what's working — and what isn't
Required Skills & Experience

About you
Excellent English language skills (both written and oral)
Proven experience creating paid add campaigns across Instagram, Google and Facebook
Proven experience creating content and a consistent brand image across Instagram, Google and Facebook
