JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a U.S.-based real estate company looking to hire a digital marketing specialist who has proven experience in real estate advertising, geofencing, and social media marketing. This role requires strong technical skills in ad creation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization for hyperlocal outreach.
Core Responsibilities:
Strong focus on real estate—marketing listings, open houses, and buyer/seller lead campaigns will make up approximately 90% of the workload. However, candidate must also be able to market other types of events and small business promotions as needed.
Set up and manage
Run targeted campaigns to promote open houses, new listings, community events, and more
Use advanced targeting strategies including geofencing, radius targeting, and zip-code-level campaigns
Think creatively and maximize results from a limited marketing budget—we are not looking for someone who simply boosts posts, but someone who understands how to stretch each ad dollar for maximum reach and impact
Create ad copy, visuals, and call-to-actions that align with real estate goals
Monitor performance data and provide weekly reports with recommendations for improvement
Stay up to date with platform changes and algorithm updates
Handle additional local business campaigns as needed (events, service promotions, etc.)
Required Skills:
Experience with
Deep understanding of targeting for real estate (buyers, sellers, local audiences)
Proven ability to run geofenced or hyperlocal ad campaigns
Strong English communication and writing skills
Ability to create and edit visual ads (Canva or similar tools)
Ability to strategically allocate small budgets for maximum ROI
Familiarity with performance tracking (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL)
Preferred Experience:
Prior work with U.S.-based real estate teams or brokerages
Experience with retargeting strategies
Understanding of real estate-specific platforms like Zillow,
Work Hours & Terms:
This is a long-term, remote role with flexible hours
Part-time or full-time, depending on availability and skill level
Pay will be based on experience, with monthly compensation to be discussed during the interview
