Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Online Course & Marketing Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital learning products. You will be responsible for managing the learning platform, executing high-conversion marketing funnels, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our students. The ideal candidate is part strategist, part executor, and entirely tech-savvy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Sales Strategy
* Funnel Management: Design, build, and optimize sales funnels (Lead magnets, Tripwires, Webinar funnels, and Evergreen sequences).

* Launch Management: Lead the planning and execution of "Live" course launches, including timeline management and affiliate coordination.
2. Course Operations & Management
* Platform Administration: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) such as Teachable, Kajabi, or Thinkific.
* Curriculum Uploads: Coordinate the uploading of video content, worksheets, and resources, ensuring all links and downloads function perfectly.
* Data Analytics: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, student churn, and completion rates to provide monthly growth reports.
3. Student Experience & Community
* Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition from "Buyer" to "Student" through automated welcome
* Community Moderation: Manage student forums or private groups (e.g.,
* Feedback Loops: Collect and analyze student testimonials and feedback to suggest product improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing, e-learning, or project management.
* Copywriting: Strong ability to write persuasive, brand-consistent copy for
