Trendstop is a leading fashion and lifestyle trend forecasting agency based in London, delivering insight and trend forecasting content that helps brands plan future products and marketing.
We are looking for a detail-driven Online Content Coordinator to take ownership of how our content is organized, managed and published across digital platforms.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our content operation. You’ll ensure everything we produce, from editorial stories to visual assets, is accurately published, beautifully presented and delivered seamlessly. We have remote tea

What you’ll be doing
Content coordination
You’ll manage the day-to-day flow of content across our editorial pipeline.
• Coordinate writers, designers and contributors
• Track deadlines and keep projects moving
• Prepare clear briefs, templates and instructions
• Ensure everyone has the right assets at the right time
Editing & quality control
You’ll make sure everything we publish meets a high standard.
• Review content for clarity, consistency and tone
• Align copy with visuals and overall structure
• Check text, images, links and metadata before publishing
• Provide clear feedback and final approvals
CMS & digital publishing
You’ll own the publishing process end-to-end.
• Upload and format content in our CMS
• Apply tagging, categorization and structure
• Ensure content displays correctly across devices
• Troubleshoot layout or formatting issues
• Manage updates and post-publication edits
Asset & content organization
You’ll bring order to our content systems.
• Organize image libraries, folders and digital assets
• Maintain naming conventions and tagging systems
• Manage version control across content files
• Ensure assets are easy to find and ready to use
Remote workflow coordination
You’ll help keep distributed teams aligned and efficient.
• Guide contributors on tools, CMS processes and file handling
• Monitor output quality and consistency
• Maintain clear communication across teams
• Support onboarding into workflows and systems

• Content is published on time, error-free and well formatted
• CMS workflows are smooth, structured and reliable
• Digital content is clear, consistent and user-friendly
• Assets are organized and easy to locate

What we’re looking for
• Strong CMS experience with online content management tools
• A digital-first mindset, you understand how content works online
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Experience coordinating content, workflows or contributors
• Confidence using digital tools, platforms and evolving systems
• Highly organized with strong file and asset management skills
• Clear, professional communication in a remote environment
